How to Earn Your CLTC® Designation

To earn your CLTC® designation, you will need to pass the 100-question multiple choice online exam. We offer two programs to prepare you for the exam: the two-day Master Class or online learning via eCLTC. Both provide the same material, but in different formats, allowing you to choose a path that works with your schedule and learning style. You have 120 days to successfully pass the exam from your initial date of registration. You are provided with two attempts to pass the exam but if an additional attempt is needed, there will be a $75 retake fee for additional exam access.

Master Class

The two-day Master Class provides a comprehensive classroom-based training experience. Students gain core competencies in long-term care services, Medicare, Medicaid, veterans benefits, self-funding, LTC insurance, and many other important concepts. The CLTC Master Class is approved for 8-18 hours of CE credit, depending on state approval.

Success Stories

I’ve been selling LTCi for years…this course is excellent for new agents as well as experienced. My selling activities will be completely changed as a result of taking eLearning, because I was emphasizing the wrong things!
