The CLTC Accelerator Program

The CLTC Accelerator Program is designed for advisors like you who have completed the CLTC Master Class. This program helps you seamlessly translate your classroom training into practical, day-to-day activity to drive more sales and sustain those sales over time. With a maximum class size of 25 attendees, Accelerator incorporates individual activities with instructor coaching and peer support to maximize your results.

Your Accelerator class starts with a Kick-Off Meeting followed by five instructor-led coaching sessions at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12-week intervals after the initial Kick-Off meeting.

If it’s been a while since you completed the CLTC Master Class, don’t worry. We’ve included a 3-part video series that review the fundamental teachings of CLTC, allowing you to refresh your knowledge and apply it confidently.

How the Program Works

  • Students may watch a CLTC foundational video series as a refresher of the principles of the CLTC Master Class.  It is a three-part series, “Straight Talk about Common Misperceptions” and has a total run time of just about an hour.  A link to access the video series will be provided at your Accelerator Kick-Off meeting.
  • Students will develop and implement 5 Key Action Steps over 12 weeks.
  • Each action step will be supported by a class level coaching session with a CLTC Instructor. Students are expected to attend each coaching session at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 weeks following class kick-off. That is a total commitment of six 90-minute training sessions (including the Kick-Off meeting).
  • Each student will be expected to identify an Accelerator Buddy for day-to-day support and motivation.
  • Each student will work through a proprietary CLTC Accelerator Workbook with tools and resources to help them develop and implement each Key Action Step.
