Lori Martin
Lori Martin, Principal of Envision Benefit Specialists LLC, has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her company focuses on providing education on long-term care (LTC) insurance options for individuals and groups and strategic benefit planning for businesses. Lori holds seminars for financial planning practices, law firms, CPAs, associations and civic groups on the value of planning for LTC. She is active in several Senior Service Associations in the Chicago area and conducts CE classes for healthcare professionals.
Lori is proud to be a co-chair of the National Association of Health Underwriter’s (NAHU) LTC Advisory Group. This group educates members and provides timely information on the LTC insurance industry including state and federal legislation.
A self-described insurance geek, Lori enjoys educating people about the importance of LTC planning. Like others in the LTC field, she has been a caregiver for her parents; through personal experience, she understands how a LTC plan helps mitigate the consequences of an extended healthcare event.
Lori lives in a suburb of Chicago with her husband and children. She enjoys chasing wildlife out of her garden, the discovery of new craft beers and quilting (not necessarily in that order).
