Certification Program (Master Class)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. To be eligible, you must,
- Notify us prior to taking the required exam;
- Return all materials received from us; and
- Have not accessed more than 75% of the course material.
Refunds will be assessed with a $10.00 processing fee.
NO refund will be given after 30 days or an examination attempt.
CLTC® Annual Certification Fees
- Annual certification fees are NOT refundable.
All other CLTC training and educational programs are not eligible for a refund once purchase has been made.
