Courtney has more than 19 years of experience working with financial professionals and their clients in the areas of Long-Term Care, Retirement Income, Social Security and College Protection planning. Before joining New York Life in 2012, Courtney was a Regional Vice President of LTC Solutions at Genworth Financial. She began her career as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in 2001 and spent several years as an Annuity Wholesaler with Prudential Financial.
Courtney is a National LTC Speaker in the LTC Insurance industry and speaks passionately about the importance of LTC Planning to national audiences. She hosts weekly Consumer Long-Term Care Workshops for financial professionals seeking to educate their clients.
Courtney is a National LTC Instructor helping financial professionals with LTC approach language, sales concepts and product knowledge for Standalone LTCI, Linked-Benefits and Chronic Care Rider solutions.
Courtney attended Southern CT State University in New Haven, CT. She currently resides in Houston, TX with her son, Jadin and dog, Daisy.
