  • "Tax Qualified LTC Insurance" (revised 6/2007)
    Used by insurance professionals when working with CPA's and attorneys, this PowerPoint summarizes the tax advantages of LTCi. It includes IRS code and demonstrates how the product can be used to maximize tax benefits for business owners. Although clearly advantageous for C-corporations, there may be a considerable advantage for self employed individuals if they use a joint policy with only one owner.
  • Marketing with Professionals (revised 6/2007) This presentation reviews ways of establishing a relationship with centers of influence. It is based on positioning yourself as a valued advisor on a subject they must discuss with thier clients: long - term care. It may be used with CPA's, accountants, and lawyers as a step-by-step approach to creating strategies that develope sustainable referrals.
  • "Why Planning for Long-Term Care Must be Factored Into Your Client's Retirement Model (revised 6/2007) Intended for insurance and other professionals, this presentation may be modified for a particular audience. For example, if speaking to lawyers or CPA's, you may want to limit references to insurance. Feel free to use this at NAIFA, NAHU, Society of Financial Service Professionals, local Bar and CPA meetings. The goal is to position yourself as a professional in the field of planning for long-term care.
  • Partnering with Lawyers and CPA's (revised 6/2007) Valuable insight into the best ways to create a partnership with these centers of influence is offered through this presentation.
  • "Power Phrases and Selling Scenarios " (revised 6/2007)When preparing for a presentation, refer to this powerpoint as an excellent review of key phrases you can use to make your point.
  • "Consumer Seminar" (revised6/2007) This 30 minute presentation focuses only on consequences. There are no statistics - only a step - by - step approach to establishing the need for the attendees to make an immediate appointment.   • "2005 CLTC Course" (revised 2/9/05) The 2005 CLTC Course PowerPoint follows the updated course material and includes the 2005 Tax Qualified LTCi PowerPoint.
